Broadstone have an excellent team of hardworking staff who all play a vital part of running and maintaining the yard and all of our horses.
Amy Hawley
Director
Amy set up Broadstone several years ago and has enjoyed developing the business. Now most of Amy's time is filled with coaching other riders and training her team of horses, as well as working with her great team of staff who keep everything running smoothly at Broadstone.
Lois Ogley
Yard & Office Assistant
Lois is a vital part of helping to keep Amy and the yard organised as she splits her full time role between office work and yard duties. During her time Lois enjoys spending time with her dog Lenny.
Laura Taylor
Stud and Yard Manager
Laura is very knowledgable member of our team previously working as a equine MRI technician and vet nurse and has now worked at Broadstone for a number of years. Laura splits her spare time between her daughters dancing hobby and bringing on her young horse Poppy.
Ella Armitage
Ruth Bentley
Yard Manager & Competition Groom
Ella works full time at Broadstone helping with yard duties, hacking out the horses and grooming at competitions. Ella enjoys competing her own horse Walter at BE & BS shows.
Yard Assistant
Ruth is a key member of the Broadstone team, Ruth works full time and assists with all yard duties.
Rose Thompson
Yard Assistant
Rose is a part time member of the team. Rose does a great job to help the yard running smoothly on weekends.
Adele Ryder
Yard Assistant
Adele is a vital part time member of the Broadstone team. Adele assists with all yard duties at the weekend.
Evie Turner
Apprentice Yard Assistant
Evie has recently joined us as an apprentice. Evie assists with all yard duties while working hard towards her qualification.
